Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites. Manage logistics and ensure smooth execution.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support decision-making. Compile data and create reports as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

Technical Competencies: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech industry

 



 

Business Competencies:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
