7th March 2024: Auxilion today announces the appointment of Graham Keegan as our Head of Resourcing Services.
In his new role, Graham will be focused on delivering top-class resourcing services for both existing and new Auxilion customers. He will lead the team responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting highly qualified technology professionals to support customer projects, while also overseeing the welfare and progress of all contract staff engaged on customer sites.
Graham has extensive experience in technology recruitment, having worked in the sector since 2010. Coming from an agency background, his expertise will enable Auxilion to enhance its resourcing services offering, creating a wider portfolio for existing customers and enabling it to target new clients across all industries.
Prior to joining Auxilion, Graham spent the bulk of his career in the industry with global talent services provider Morgan McKinley, where he worked his way up to Associate Director and managed a team of 22. More recently, he held the position of Director of Lincoln Recruitment, taking responsibility for growing its technology brand.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Politics from University College Dublin and was recognised as a Global High Performer by Morgan McKinley for three consecutive years.
Commenting on his new position, Graham Keegan said: “Coming from an agency background, I look forward to the different dynamic that comes with working in-house and I am confident that my experience can bring a new element to Auxilion’s resourcing services division. As well as supporting customers with their resourcing needs, I relish the opportunity to support Auxilion as it continues to grow as a business.”
Paul Schmitz, Auxilion Group Sales Director, added: “The technology landscape will always be fluid and organisations will always require resourcing services to meet fluctuating business demands, and we remain ever-conscious of this. Having someone of Graham’s experience means that we can provide our customers with the best talent to support their needs as and when they need it.”
